Buggy Unlimited desires to provide our customers with complete satisfaction with their purchases. All returns must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund, minus stated expenses. We refund, less shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. To receive a refund returns must be in new, original condition and inside original packaging complete with instructions and customers are required to fill out a Return form and send it in with the product that they are returning. We will provide a shipping label upon request. We process refunds; less shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee to the original form of payment (for example Credit Card). The customer is responsible for arranging & returning shipment of product to Buggy Unlimited. Exchanges are accepted only if customers sends purchase back product in new condition (no damages), inside original packaging, with instructions and warranty card; then we will be glad to exchange purchase for a different color, pattern or size.
